We are a boutique gift box service that offers unique and individualised 'Candi' gift boxes that can be personalised by the recipient to ensure that they can pick their favourite choices, or if you are aiming to keep the gift box a surprise, you are able to select the choices on their behalf.

Selecting a perfect Candi box is simple! We also have options for special dietary, allergen and vegan requirements to ensure that no one misses out on the fun! We have options for everyone.

If you make the selections:
- Make your selections
- Follow the prompts through to checkout
- A personalised Candi box will then be packed with your selections and sent to you.
If your recipient is making the selections:
- Select our E-card for purchase, and enter the recipient's email address
- Follow the prompts through to checkout
- Your recipient will receive a unique code they can use for their own Candi box, they are then able to make their own personalised box with their favourite assortments.

Yes! You get to decide what name your recipient will see. You can enter your name, keep it anonymous, or even put in a nickname that only they will know.
After you select the E-Card you want to send and the date for delivery, just type what name you want them to see in the sender box and no one will know it's you.
When you receive your gift card code via email, you'll be redirected to our online store where the code will be automatically applied to the cart. Alternatively, you can enter the code in the gift card number field located on both the cart and checkout pages.
Currently our store only supports card payments, handled by Stripe.
Please note the following on shipping in hot weather:
- Unfortunately, the current turnaround time for Australia Post Express Post is not guaranteed for overnight delivery.
- We recommend placing your order at the beginning start of the week to ensure that so parcels are not stuck and held in transit over the weekend period.
- We also suggest if you have an authority to leave your parcel unattended, that you make sure ensure that someone arrives shortly after delivery to collect your shipment, so it does not sit outside in the sun.
Unfortunately refunds and replacements will not be given on melted chocolate products so please consider this when making your selections.
